Our process of working with new clients begins with a 20-minute Discovery Call to make sure we are the right fit for each other.
During this call, we will:
- Get to know each other
- Learn about your top financial priorities or concerns
- Get an understanding of your resources & existing planning
- Explain our process and cost to work together specific to your needs
AFTER OUR INTRODUCTORY CALL, WE EMBARK UPON OUR 4 STEP PROCESS:
STEP 1: DISCOVER WHERE YOU ARE NOW
In our first meeting (either in our office, a mutual location, or virtual), we will conduct a complimentary consultation to get to know each other, understand your goals and objectives, understand your current finances and taxes, and review the services we offer to meet your needs. If married, we require both spouses to be involved in this meeting. If we agree we are a good fit for each other, we will execute a planning agreement and cost structure for services.
STEP 2: DESIGN WHERE YOU WANT TO GO
In our second meeting, we will organize your financial life & estate, gain a deep understanding of your net worth, analyze your cash flow, review your taxes, and help prioritize your goals & objectives. All of which will be used for developing a plan to reach your short-term, intermediate-term, and long-term goals.
STEP 3: DELIVER YOUR HOLISTIC PLAN
In our third meeting, we will deliver your customized Bucket Plan, align your volatility tolerance with your investments, optimize your tax management journey, propose our recommendations and begin to implement your plan.
STEP 4: DEDICATED SERVICE & SUPPORT
After the plan has been implemented, we will serve as your trusted advisor providing active management and ongoing advice to you and your family.
